Bringing balance to your life is my primary intention by incorporating many different modalities and spiritual tenets into my integrative healing approach to therapeutic bodywork. Visionary CranioSacral Work®, Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial and Cupping techniques, Shiatsu, Medical Qi Gong, Meditation, Chakra Alignment, Energy Balancing, and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing are used in the sessions to balance and harmonize the different bodies – physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual- so that traumas are potentially released and the ego softened.
My mindful meditation classes, Yang style tai chi, and Qi Gong classes focus on breath, stillness, simple movement, and calming the mind—all elements for relieving stress and creating a peaceful life.
